Do I always get the same teacher?
No, you will get several teachers during your program.
What if I don’t like my teacher?
Just let us know, and we’ll find you another teacher.
How do I know my level?
We assess your level during the free intake.
How do I sign up?
Start with the free intake. During the intake you will discuss your plan with a teacher. After the intake you will receive a payment link and a lesson schedule.
Can I continue after 8 months?
Of course!
Do we need to have the same level for DUO classes?
It is your choice with whom you want to do DUO classes, but we recommend you to choose someone with about the same level for the best results.
How much will I learn in 8 months?
On average you can improve one or two language levels (for example from A1 to A2) with 5 classes per week.
Can I only start as a beginner?
You can start at any level up to B2.
Which platform do you use for the lessons?
We use Google Meet.
What if I’m late or if I have to leave early?
The teacher will wait for you until 10 minutes after the starting time of the class.
What if I need a holiday?
That’s fine! Just let us know at least two weeks on beforehand and we will reschedule all your lessons until the moment you are back.

When do I have to plan my lessons?
We plan all your lessons at the beginning of your course. For example: Monday to Thursday at 18:30 and Saturday at 12:00. If you want to reschedule, just let us know at least two weeks on beforehand.
Can I follow more classes at one day?
Yes, that is possible.
What if my teacher is late?
Teachers are people too, so even they can be late. If the teacher is more than 5 minutes late, you get an extra class for free.
What if my teacher needs to reschedule?
Teachers are people too, so they can have an emergency. In such a case, a replacement lesson will be planned in consultation.
Do I get a certificate after finishing the course?
Yes! The official OCHO MESES certificate with the level you reached.
